Data deletion
Disconnect a Google or Meta account, remove imported records, or ask BoostWorks to delete a Well Platform workspace and its associated data.
Choose what to remove
These actions solve different needs. Choose one or combine them:
- Disconnect a connected service to stop Well Platform from receiving new data from Google or Meta and remove the stored connection where supported.
- Delete imported records to remove leads, contacts, or other data already copied into a Well product.
- Delete a workspace or user account to close access and remove the data associated with that account, subject to the limited retention described below.
- Exercise a privacy right if you are an individual whose information is held by BoostWorks or by a business using a Well product.
Disconnecting is not the same as deleting. It stops future synchronization, but records previously imported into EventWell, FieldWell, SuiteWell, or FinWell remain until an authorized user deletes them or a verified deletion request is completed.
Disconnect Google or Meta
From a Well product
- Sign in to the correct Well product and workspace.Use an owner or administrator account that is authorized to manage integrations.
- Open Settings, then Sources.Find the connected Google Ads or Meta/Facebook source.
- Select Disconnect and confirm.The product will stop future synchronization and remove its stored connection or token where the provider supports that action.
- Review imported records separately.If you also want existing leads or contacts deleted, follow the next section.
Revoke access at Google
You can also visit your Google Account third-party connections, choose the Well Platform connection, and remove access. Revoking access at Google prevents future API access but does not delete records already imported into a Well product.
Remove the Meta business integration
You can also open Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, choose Well Platform, and remove it. Meta may let you request deletion of information the app received, but submitting the verified request below is the most direct way to identify the correct Well workspace and confirm completion.
Delete imported records
If you are an authorized workspace user, use the available delete or archive control for the lead, contact, message, document, or other record inside the product. Because product records may be connected to jobs, events, bookings, invoices, or compliance logs, some records may need to be removed by a workspace owner or by BoostWorks support.
If no delete control is available, email support@boostwrks.io from the workspace owner's email. Identify the product, workspace, connected Google or Meta account, and records to remove. Do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive data by email.
If you are a lead, customer, employee, or other individual whose information was collected by a business using Well Platform, contact that business first. It controls the operational record and can locate it accurately. You may also contact BoostWorks; we will route or support the request after verifying the appropriate customer and authority.
Delete a workspace or account
A workspace owner can request closure and deletion of a Well product workspace by contacting support from the owner email. Individual users can request deletion of their login profile, but a business may need to retain operational records that contain their name where the business has a lawful reason to do so. Removing a user does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; request cancellation at the same time if that is your intent.
Your request should state:
- the Well product: EventWell, FieldWell, SuiteWell, or FinWell;
- the business or workspace name and production URL, if known;
- the account email and your role or relationship to the workspace;
- whether to delete a user, selected records, connected-service data, or the entire workspace; and
- whether any legal hold, active dispute, chargeback, or required export should be considered.
Submit a verified request
- Email support@boostwrks.io.Use the subject “Well Platform data deletion request” and send from the email associated with the relevant account whenever possible.
- Identify the product, business, and scope.Include only the information listed above that is needed to find the record. If the request concerns Meta, include the Facebook Page or business name—but never a password or access token.
- Complete proportionate verification.We may confirm control of the account email, workspace ownership, or other details already associated with the record. An authorized agent must provide proof of authority.
- Receive a confirmation or reference code.We will acknowledge a valid request, explain any information needed to proceed, and send a completion notice or legally permitted response.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we cannot locate a record or verify the requester, we will explain that result and, where possible, identify the next step. We do not charge for ordinary privacy requests, but law may permit a reasonable fee or refusal for requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
What happens next
After verification, we identify the relevant workspace, systems, and providers; disable further processing where appropriate; delete or de-identify covered data in active systems; and notify the requester when the work is complete. If BoostWorks is processing data for a Well customer, we may need that customer's verified instruction before deletion.
Revocation and deletion can take time to propagate across provider systems. Encrypted backup copies are isolated from normal use and expire on their scheduled rotation. They are not restored except for disaster recovery, in which case completed deletions are reapplied where required.
Limited retention
We may retain the minimum information necessary when required or permitted for tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, security investigations, disputes, legal holds, enforcement of agreements, and proof of consent or opt-out. A suppression record may be kept so that a person who opted out is not contacted again. Retained data remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.
More detail about our roles, sharing, retention, and privacy rights is available in the Well Platform Privacy Policy.
