Know what is live before you choose.
Direct answers about the conceptual relay, live voice proof, and product boundaries.
Is the animated journey a screenshot of the current software?
No. It is deliberately a conceptual model of how customer context can move through the Well family. It uses fictional sample data and durable stage labels so the marketing page does not misrepresent a rapidly changing product interface.
Is Well one CRM with four different colors?
No. The products can share connective capabilities, but each suite keeps the records, vocabulary, decisions, and milestones of its industry. The color makes that ownership visible; it does not replace it.
Are every feature and channel live in every suite?
No. Email, SMS, AI, customer portals, contracts, signatures, payments, and automations have product-, plan-, setup-, and rollout-specific availability. Each product site is the current source for access and plan details.
Does this page contact anyone, book an appointment, or charge a card?
The conceptual journey does not. It performs no live message, booking, upload, legal signature, or payment. The separate voice section is bounded and creates no booking, payment, or customer record.
